  • Garlic1 to taste
  • Onion1 to taste
  • Green pepper1/2 to taste
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Green smell to taste
  • Sour cream1 can(s)
  • Cottage cheese1 can(s)
  • Parmesan to taste
  1. Desalt the cod, boiling 3 to 4 times in a row.
  2. Season the cod to taste. Suggestion: garlic, onion, green peppers and green smell.
  3. After seasoning, throw it in the processor and leave it well processed.
  4. Add the cream little by little and mix.
  5. Add curd and mix until you reach the desired point for paste.
  6. Grate the Parmesan on top and lightly brown.
