- Garlic1 to taste

- Green pepper1/2 to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Green smell to taste
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Cottage cheese1 can(s)
- Parmesan to taste
- Desalt the cod, boiling 3 to 4 times in a row.
- Season the cod to taste. Suggestion: garlic, onion, green peppers and green smell.
- After seasoning, throw it in the processor and leave it well processed.
- Add the cream little by little and mix.
- Add curd and mix until you reach the desired point for paste.
- Grate the Parmesan on top and lightly brown.
