  • Shredded and desalted cooked cod500 g
  • English Potato500 g
  • Egg01 unit(s)
  • Breadcrumbs1/2 cup
  • Olive oil02 tablespoon
  • Onion01 unit(s)
  • Garlic Cloves03 unit(s)
  • Coriander1/2 cup
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  1. Cook the potatoes in hot water and mash them with a fork, set aside.
  2. Put a pan on the fire, add the oil and let it heat up. Then add the onion and garlic, let it brown and sauté the cod.
  3. When cool, add the cod with the mashed potatoes, add the egg, breadcrumbs, coriander, black pepper and salt.
  4. Mix with your hands until smooth.
  5. Make balls in the desired size, pass the breadcrumbs and take it to fry in hot oil.
