- Cornmeal1/2 cup
- grated coconut5 tablespoon
- Demerara sugar2 tablespoon
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Milk or water4 tablespoon
- Egg1 unit(s)
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients with your hands until you get a homogeneous mass.
- Make small balls and press with a fork.
- Place in a greased pan and bake in the oven until golden.
- It's delicious and a great option to replace those ultra-processed sweet cookies. To accompany you can prepare a tea or coffee.
