- Grated Coconut80 g
- Yeast1 coffee spoon
- Mix the Sugar and Butter well.
- Add the egg and beat well.
- Add the coconut and stir until combined.
- Add the wheat flour and mix until smooth.
- Finish with yeast.
- Shape the cookies and place them in the greased pan.
- Bake for 30 minutes in a medium preheated oven.
- Once ready: cover with Coconut.
