Em uma tigela adicione a margarina, os ovos e o açúcar. Misture até ficar homogêneo,em seguida adicione a farinha de trigo, o leite e misture. Coloque o coco ralado e o fermento. Leve ao forno em uma assadeira untada e enfarinhada por 30 minutos. 

In a bowl add the margarine, eggs and sugar. Mix until smooth, then add the wheat flour, milk and mix. Add the grated coconut and the yeast. Place in the oven on a greased and floured baking sheet for 30 minutes.
