- Coconut Milk2 tablespoon
- Grated unsweetened coconut4 tablespoon
- Light vegetable cream2 tablespoon
- Mix the ingredients until you obtain a homogeneous mass that does not stick to the palm of your hand.
- Roll into sticks on a floured surface and cut pieces diagonally (or shape as you like).
- Press with a fork and arrange on baking sheets greased with vegetable cream.
- Brush with the egg yolk and bake in a medium oven preheated to 180°C for about 20 minutes or until golden.
