  • warm milk250 ml
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Oil120 ml
  • Sugar1 tablespoon
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Dry Yeast Powder10 g
  • Wheat flour2 cup
  • grated coconut150 g
  1. Put all the ingredients in the blender, except the wheat flour and hit it well for 2 minutes, then add the wheat flour little by little, if you think it's too thick just add more milk. Reserve a little coconut to sprinkle on top at the end.
  2. Pour into a greased and floured pan, cover with plastic wrap and let it rest in a warm place for about 20 minutes until it rises. No need to knead!
  3. When it has grown, remove the plastic wrap and sprinkle some grated coconut on top, I made a mixture of condensed milk with coconut. I used grated coconut from Sococo.
  4. Then put it in the preheated oven and bake for about 30 minutes or until golden.
