  • Skimmed milk or coconut milk250 ml
  • Oats30 g
  • Whey20 g
  • 100% Cocoa1 tablespoon
  • Culinary sweetener to taste
  • grated coconut1 tablespoon
  1. Bring the milk, oats, coconut and cocoa to medium heat. Stirring well.
  2. When it thickens, turn off the heat and add the whey. Mix well. Serve next!!
