- Refined sugar90 g
- Brown sugar120 g

- Vanilla essence1 teaspoon
- Sodium bicarbonate1 teaspoon
- Baking powder1 teaspoon
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Wheat flour250 g
- Chocolate chips180 g
- Mix the butter and sugars
- Mix the egg and vanilla essence together with the sugar mixture
- Mix baking powder, baking soda, salt and flour
- Add the flour mixture with the rest of the recipe
- Roll into balls and leave in the fridge for 1 hour
- Preheat the oven, cook for a maximum of 15 minutes at 200 degrees
