- warm milk2 cup
- Organic Yeast 10 g2 unit(s)
- Sugar3 tablespoon
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Salt1 tablespoon
- Oil1 cup
- Wheat flour800 g
- In a cup, add the yeast, a little sugar and a little milk and mix to ferment. In a bowl, beat the egg to remove the strong smell and then add the yeast mixture, the rest of the milk, salt and oil. Mix with a fork, gradually add the flour and start to knead the dough with your hands until it becomes fluffy and homogeneous. If needed add a little more. Divide the dough into balls, cover with a cloth and let it rest for about 10 minutes.
- Mounting: Roll out each ball of dough in your hand and stuff it with ground beef or other stuffing of your choice. Close in a triangle shape, place in the shape with the folder facing down and brush with beaten egg yolk. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 30 minutes or until golden.
