Bread (preferably Italian)1 to taste
Yellow cherry tomato5 unit(s)
Ripe Italian Tomato1 unit(s)
Onion1/2 unit(s)
Garlic Clove1 to taste
Olive oil to taste
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Basil to taste

Cut the bread into thick slices
Drizzle with olive oil and bake in the oven until golden around the edges.
Meanwhile, cut the tomatoes, onion and basil, season with salt, oil and pepper and marinate until the bread is ready.
When it's ready, pass a clove of peeled garlic on the bread while it's still hot, to flavor it.
Place the tomatoes on the bread and drizzle olive oil to taste, decorate with basil leaves
