Christmas Focaccia

Bata o leite quente junto com os ovos, açúcar, sal e a manteiga. Acrescente o fermento e mexa com uma colher. Em seguida, a farinha de trigo e bata na batedeira com o gancho
Quando a massa estiver homogênea, acrescente frutas cristalizadas (se gostar) , gotas de chocolate e amêndoas
Coloque numa assadeira untada e com papel manteiga, deixe dobrar de tamanho. Divida em 3 partes e leve ao forno quente 180g, por mais ou menos 20min, dependendo do forno 

Whisk the hot milk together with the eggs, sugar, salt and butter. Add the yeast and stir with a spoon. Then the wheat flour and beat in the mixer with the hook
When the dough is homogeneous, add candied fruits (if you like), chocolate chips and almonds.
Place on a greased baking sheet with parchment paper, let it double in size. Divide into 3 parts and take to the hot oven 180g, for more or less 20min, depending on the oven
