- Butter200 g
- Brown Sugar180 g
- Sugar135 g
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Essence of Panettone1 teaspoon
- Raisins100 g
- Candied Fruit100 g
- In a bowl place the wheat flour, bicarbonate, baking powder and salt. Mix and book.
- In another bowl put the butter to melt, panettone essence, then put the sugars, eggs and mix well. Put this mixture in the flour bowl and mix all the ingredients, put the raisins and candied fruits and mix a little more until it becomes a dough.
- Take it to the fridge for 20 minutes and then make the cookie balls and put them in a greased shape or with butter paper. Take to bake for 12 minutes, wait to cool down to remove from shape and serve.
