Em uma tigela colocar a farinha de trigo, bicarbonato, o fermento em pó e o sal. Misture e reserve.

In a bowl place the wheat flour, bicarbonate, baking powder and salt. Mix and book.

Em outra tigela colocar a manteiga para derreter, essencia de panetone, depois colocar os açúcares, os ovos e mexer bem. 
Colocar essa mistura na tigela de farinha e misturar todos os ingredientes, colocar as uvas passas e frutas cristalizadas e misturar mais um pouco até ficar uma massa.

In another bowl put the butter to melt, panettone essence, then put the sugars, eggs and mix well.
Put this mixture in the flour bowl and mix all the ingredients, put the raisins and candied fruits and mix a little more until it becomes a dough.

Levar para geladeira por 20 minutos e depois fazer as bolinhas de cookies e colocar em uma forma untada ou com papel manteiga. 
Levar para assar por 12 minutos, esperar esfriar para tirar da forma e servir.

Take it to the fridge for 20 minutes and then make the cookie balls and put them in a greased shape or with butter paper.
Take to bake for 12 minutes, wait to cool down to remove from shape and serve.
