Christmas Biscuits

Misture a manteiga com a farinha de trigo. Acrescente o açúcar, ovo, gema e a essência. Misture bem até obter uma massa lisa.

Mix the butter with the wheat flour. Add the sugar, egg, yolk and essence. Mix well until you get a smooth dough.

Envolva essa massa em filme plástico e leve à geladeira por 30 minutos.
Abra a massa entre filmes com auxílio de um rolo na espessura de meio centímetro.
Corte com cortador de biscoito com desenho de sua preferência.

Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and place in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Open the dough between films with the help of a roll in the thickness of half a centimeter.
Cut with cookie cutter with design of your choice.

Coloque em forma untada ou com papel manteiga e leve em forno preaquecido a 180°C por 10 minutos até corarem. 

Place in greased shape or with butter paper and take in preheated oven at 180°C for 10 minutes until blushing.
