Unte as assadeira com manteiga e polvilhe com farinha de trigo. 

Grease the baking pan with butter and sprinkle with wheat flour.

 Faça os palitinhos e coloque ao forno pré aquecido por 12 a 15 minutos.

 Make the toothpicks and place in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
