- Corn for popcorn1/2 cup
- Refined sugar3 tablespoon
- Chocolate powder5 tablespoon
- Corn or sunflower oil3 tablespoon
- Filtered water1 tablespoon
- In a bowl, mix the sugar, chocolate and water. Reserve.
- In a popcorn machine or tall pan with a lid, add the oil, then the corn and heat for about 40 seconds, reduce the heat, add the chocolate mixture and stir.
- Increase the heat again, close the pan and stir a little. Wait for the corn to start to pop, and stir the pan a few times until it finishes popping. Take care not to burn the caramel!
- Place the finished popcorn in a bowl or bowl and sprinkle some sugar on top.
