Chocolate Muffin

Misture os ovos, o acucar, o cacau, o farelo de aveia e a farinha de aveia. Aos pouco vai acrescentando água. Misture bem e por último acrescente o fermento. 
Se necessário, acrescente mais água.  A textura da massa é homogênea cremosa.

Mix the eggs, sugar, cocoa, oat bran and oat flour. Gradually add water. Mix well and finally add the yeast.
If necessary, add more water. The texture of the dough is homogeneous and creamy.

Unte forminhas de silicone com manteiga. Coloque a massa e os pedaços de chocolate 70%. Leve ao forno pré aquecido a 180° por 15 minutos. 

Grease silicone molds with butter. Put the dough and the 70% chocolate pieces. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 15 minutes.
