- Warm water500 ml
- Sugar1 cup

- Fresh Organic Yeast0.90 pound
- Chocolate0.400 kg
- In a blender, beat the eggs, sugar, salt, oil, warm water and yeast. Then pour this mixture into a basin and gradually pour in the flour until it comes together. The dough can't be sticking to the hand and not be too hard, it has to be a dough that is very soft so that your sweet donut is very fluffy. Then let it rest (grow) for approximately 45 minutes at 1 hour. After rising, cut the dough into 3 equal parts with the same weight. There will be 3 donuts, fill each part with chocolate (remembering that you have to open the dough with the cylinder or with a roll, after opening it, cut it in 3, fill these 3 parts with chocolate and braid it and put it on the baking sheet to rise, and so you will do the same with the other 2 parts of the dough, so after finishing this procedure, let the roses rise again for another 45 minutes, bake in an oven at 180 degrees. After roasting, melt the chocolate and brush on top, you can put strawberry, coconut, grapes, sprinkles, whatever you like. Hope you liked it, bon appetit.
