- Milk1 cup
- Sugar1 cup
- Oil100 ml
- Chocolate2 tablespoon
- Wheat flour2 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Brigadeiro for topping to taste
- Blend the first 5 ingredients in a blender or with a whisk.
- Then place it in a bowl and add the sifted wheat flour.
- Mix until it becomes a homogeneous mass.
- Lastly add the yeast and mix lightly.
- Place in cupcake molds
- Bake at 180° until baked.
- Wait for it to cool and cover with the brigadeiro or desired topping.
