For the dough: bicarbonate1.1/2 teaspoon
Chocolate powder1/2 cup
Boiling water1/2 cup
Butter1/2 cup
Sugar1.1/4 cup
Vanilla1 teaspoon
Salt (1 pinch) to taste
Wheat flour2.1/2 cup
Milk3/4 cup
For the syrup: sugar3/4 cup
Chocolate powder1 cup
Butter4 tablespoon
Milk1/2 cup
Vanilla1 teaspoon

Dissolve the bicarbonate and chocolate in the water and set aside.
Place the butter, sugar, vanilla and salt in the mixer and beat, alternating between the flour and the milk.
Finally, add the reserved chocolate and baking soda.
Pour the mixture onto a greased baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes in a hot, preheated oven. Unmold and reserve.
Syrup: Mix all ingredients in a pan and bring to a boil, stirring constantly until thickened.
Pour the syrup over the warm cake. Let cool and cut into slices.
