- Wheat flour2 cup
- Nescau1 cup
- Sugar (one and a half cups)2 cup
- Egg3 unit(s)
- Oil1/2 cup
- Milk1 cup
- Can of condensed milk1 unit(s)
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Strawberry for garnish to taste
- Nescau for Brigadier to taste
- For the cake dough, mix all the dry ingredients by sifting them all (flour, Nescau, sugar and yeast).
- Add the liquid ingredients to the above mixture (eggs, milk and oil) and mix well.
- Place in a greased form and take it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
- To decorate the cake, I made a brigadeiro. Put the condensed milk, the butter and Nescau to taste in a pan (I kept putting it until it was a color that I thought was ok). Bring to a low heat, always stirring, until the brigadeiro starts to unglue from the bottom of the pan.
- Unmold the cake and place the brigadeiro with strawberries on top.
