1. Em uma vasilha coloque os ovos, o açúcar e bata. Depois adicione o leite bem aos pouquinhos. 

2. Adicione a farinha de trigo e mexa bem, em seguida adicione o chocolate em pó e misture bem. 

3. Por último coloque o fermento e misture. 

4. A massa deve ficar bem leve e fofa, por isso coloque o leite aos poucos para não perder o ponto.

5. Coloque em uma forma (mais ou menos 26x33 cm ou de 30cm de diâmetro) untada e enfarinhada (se preferir unte a forma e polvilhe chocolate em pó substituindo a farinha, assim o bolo ficará mais escrurinho). 
Asse em forno médio, até que enfiando um palito ele saia limpo, mais ou menos 30 40 minutos, dependendo do forno.

5. Place in a greased and floured shape (about 26x33 cm or 30cm in diameter) (if you prefer, grease the shape and sprinkle powdered chocolate, replacing the flour, so the cake will be more scruffy).
Bake in medium oven, until a toothpick inserted comes out clean, about 30 to 40 minutes, depending on the oven.

Preparo da cobertura

1. Leve ao fogo médio/baixo em uma panela o leite condensado, o chocolate em pó e a margarina e misture bem até desgrudar da panela (ponto de brigadeiro), desligue e reserve.

2. Depois que seu bolo estiver pronto molhe ele com um pouco de leite e em seguida despeje a cobertura nele e espalhe por completo.

3. Jogue o granulado cobrindo todo o bolo. E está pronto!
