Chocolate and Coconut Cloud Cake

Bata as claras em neve até o ponto de pico (Manual é melhor iniciar usando um garfo e em seguida o fouet). 

Beat the egg whites until they peak (Manual is better to start using a fork and then the fouet).

Bata os ingredientes 02 a 06 no liquidificador por 2 minutos e em seguida vire delicadamente sobre as claras em neve, sempre mexendo com o fouet.

Beat ingredients 02 to 06 in the blender for 2 minutes and then gently turn over the snow whites, always stirring with the fouet.

Peneire a farinha e acrescente aos poucos sobre a mistura, mexendo delicadamente junto com o coco ralado para formar a massa branca de coco. (O coco é opcional, mas faz toda diferença no sabor... Rs...)

Sift the flour and gradually add it to the mixture, stirring gently with the grated coconut to form a white coconut mass. (Coconut is optional, but it makes all the difference in flavor... Lol...)

Vire 1/3 da massa em outra tigela e acrescente o cacau, café e canela, formando a massa de chocolate. (O café e canela são opcionais, mas ajudam a reforçar o sabor do cacau). 

Turn 1/3 of the dough into another bowl and add the cocoa, coffee and cinnamon, forming the chocolate dough. (Coffee and cinnamon are optional, but they help to enhance the cocoa flavor.)

Dissolva o fermento em pouca água é divida proporcionalmente entre as duas massas. Misture. Despeje a massa branca em uma forma untada e em seguida despeje a massa de chocolate sobre ela, mexendo com um palito sobre as massas para mescla-las. 

Dissolve the yeast in a little water and divide proportionately between the two doughs. Mix. Pour the white mass in a greased shape and then pour the chocolate mass over it, stirring with a toothpick over the masses to mix them.

Leve ao forno 180 graus (pré aquecido) por cerca de 35 minutos. 

Bake at 180 degrees (preheated) for about 35 minutes.
