- Chickpeas250 g
- Lemon Pepper to taste
- Smoked paprika to taste
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Seasonings of your choice to taste
- Soak the chickpeas for 12 hours.
- Discard the water and add clean water to cover the chickpeas well.
- Place in a pressure cooker, add salt and cook for 20 minutes.
- Once cooked, place on a platter and add the seasonings, mix well.
- Place in the Air Frayer for 20 to 30 minutes at 200°C.
