  • Chickpea flour1/2 cup
  • Whole wheat flour1 cup
  • Butter200 g
  • Eggs1 unit(s)
  • Gem for brushing2 unit(s)
  1. 1 kg of shredded and well-seasoned chicken (onion, garlic, dehydrated thyme, black pepper and green smell) 1 pot of ricotta or catupiry cream Tomato sauce to taste
  2. Preheat the oven while preparing the dough. In a bowl mix the flours, add 1 whole egg and 1 white, mix and finally add the butter. Mix with your hands until the dough forms a ball and comes away from your hands. Line a baking sheet or pyrex with half of the dough. Put the stuffing and cover with the other half of the dough. Brush the yolk over the pie lid.
