- Red onion cut into rings15 g

- Chives3 g
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Wheat flour30 g
- Place all the ingredients in the food processor, except the flour. Use the pulse function a few times to grind the ingredients to the point of medium mass.
- Transfer the dough to a bowl and add the flour little by little, mixing and checking the mass point.
- Divide the dough into 2 portions and shape the burgers.
- Grill the burgers in a non-stick skillet with olive oil, on average 6 minutes each side.
