  • Sweet sprinkle3/4 cup
  • Oat flour3/4 cup
  • Chickpeas1 cup
  • Olive oil1/3 cup
  • Water1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Brown sugar1 tablespoon
  • Organic dry yeast for bread1 tablespoon
  • Seeds to taste
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  1. Start by mixing the dry ingredients, the flour, the oat flour, the brown sugar, the yeast and the salt.
  2. In a blender, add the oil, eggs, chickpeas and water to beat.
  3. Mix the blender with the dry ingredients and take it to a loaf pan and let it rise in a small oven with a mug of hot water together.
  4. The mug with hot water will form a greenhouse that will help the bread rise! Leave it there for 45 min
  5. Now finish with seeds and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 min.
