- Chicken breast1 kg
- Grated Carrots2 unit(s)
- Cream Cheese400 g
- Red Cabbage to taste
- Corn1 can(s)
- Raisins to taste
- Put the chicken breast to pressure cook with 1 cup of water and salt.
- While the chicken is cooking, chop the cabbage, grate the carrot, reserve the curd, the raisins and the corn.
- Shred the chicken. You can use a fork, mixer, processor or shred by shaking the pressure cooker already cold.
- Mix all the ingredients with the shredded chicken until it becomes a creamy pate. If necessary, add more cheese.
