Chicken sausage1 kg
Cottage cheese2 tablespoon
Gorgonzola50 g
Tomato1/2 unit(s)
French bread5 unit(s)
Sliced Mozzarella200 g
Green Smell to taste
Olive oil to taste
Oregano to taste

In a bowl add the sausages.
Make a slash with the knife in each one and leave only the stuffing.
Add the cottage cheese, the gorgonzola, the tomato, the chopped parsley, and the olive oil.
Mix well!
Cut the buns in half and fill with a spoon.
Arrange the buns on a baking sheet.
Add 1 ½ slices of mozzarella to each bun. Sprinkle with oregano.
Bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for 35 minutes.
(CHEEF TIP: Attention!!! The fire has to be low. Otherwise, the bread burns and the sausage is raw).
