  • wheat flour220 g
  • egg1 unit(s)
  • butter1 tablespoon
  • water and salt/ to taste
  • tomatoes2 unit(s)
  • onion1 unit(s)
  • garlic cloves2 unit(s)
  • chicken breasts4 unit(s)
  • tomato extract1 dessert spoon
  • white wine5 tablespoon
  • olive oil2 tablespoon
  • (tea) milk1/2 cup
  • wheat flour2 tablespoon
  • bunch of parsley1 unit(s)
  • egg1 unit(s)
  • salt and pepper/ to taste
  1. Mix all the ingredients to make the dough.
  2. Add small portions of water, little by little kneading until obtaining a homogeneous mass.
  3. Cover with a dish towel and leave to rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
  4. Chop the tomato, onion and garlic.
  5. Place the chicken cut into large pieces and add the tomato paste, wine and oil.
  6. Take it to the microwave in a refractory covered for 12 to 14 minutes on medium power.
  7. Wait 10 minutes and shred the chicken.
  8. Beat the sauce that cooked the chicken and add the milk and flour.
  9. Mix and microwave for 5 to 6 minutes, until thickened, stirring every 2 minutes.
  10. Remove and add the chicken and chopped parsley.
  11. Roll out the dough well until you get a thin thickness.
  12. Grease small plastic or refractory molds with butter.
  13. Gently line them with the dough and reserve a part of the dough to cover them.
  14. Fill the molds with the filling and cover with a round of dough.
  15. Brush with lightly beaten egg and bake every 4 cups for 3 to 5 minutes on high power.
  16. Serve the pies hot or cold.
