- white wine5 tablespoon
- olive oil2 tablespoon
- (tea) milk1/2 cup
- wheat flour2 tablespoon

- salt and pepper/ to taste
- Mix all the ingredients to make the dough.
- Add small portions of water, little by little kneading until obtaining a homogeneous mass.
- Cover with a dish towel and leave to rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
- Chop the tomato, onion and garlic.
- Place the chicken cut into large pieces and add the tomato paste, wine and oil.
- Take it to the microwave in a refractory covered for 12 to 14 minutes on medium power.
- Wait 10 minutes and shred the chicken.
- Beat the sauce that cooked the chicken and add the milk and flour.
- Mix and microwave for 5 to 6 minutes, until thickened, stirring every 2 minutes.
- Remove and add the chicken and chopped parsley.
- Roll out the dough well until you get a thin thickness.
- Grease small plastic or refractory molds with butter.
- Gently line them with the dough and reserve a part of the dough to cover them.
- Fill the molds with the filling and cover with a round of dough.
- Brush with lightly beaten egg and bake every 4 cups for 3 to 5 minutes on high power.
- Serve the pies hot or cold.
