  • Stuffing: Cooked and shredded chicken (seasoning to taste)500 g
  • Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
  • Squeezed garlic3 unit(s)
  • Chopped tomato1 unit(s)
  • Chopped green pepper1/2 unit(s)
  • Tomato sauce1 cup
  • Green Olives50 g
  • Parsley and chives1 cup
  • Dough: Wheat Flour4 cup
  • Margarine400 g
  • Salt to taste
  • egg yolk1 unit(s)
  1. Stuffing: Take a pan with a thread of oil, the onion, the squeezed garlic and let it brown slightly. Add the tomato, pepper and mix. Add the tomato sauce, a little water (let it cook) add the olives, the shredded chicken (let it cook a little longer) add the parsley, the chives, turn off the heat and set aside. Bring to the fire another pan with two tablespoons of margarine and three tablespoons of wheat flour, mix until it forms a cream. Place in the sauce of the cooked chicken, mix well, return to the fire (without stopping to stir, until it thickens) add in a platter, let it cool and set aside. Dough: In a bowl place the wheat flour, margarine and a pinch of salt. Mix (squeezing with your fingertips) all the ingredients well. Cover the dough and place in the fridge to rest for about 30 minutes. Divide the dough into two parts, open the dough with the help of a rolling pin, line the baking dish with a part of the dough, put the stuffing, cover the stuffing with the other part of the dough, brush the pie with the yolk and take it to the oven preheated to 180•C for approximately 40 minutes.
