  • DOUGH: Wheat flour450 g
  • Margarine with Salt3 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • FILLING: Boiled and shredded chicken350 g
  • Chopped olives100 g
  • Chopped Tomato1 unit(s)
  • Chopped Onion2 tablespoon
  • Grated Garlic1 dessert spoon
  • Smoked paprika1 teaspoon
  • Paprika1 teaspoon
  • Saffron1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil2 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Mustard1 tablespoon
  1. I started by preparing the stuffing, in a pan I sauteed the garlic and onion in olive oil, added the tomato, olives, shredded chicken and the other seasonings. I put some water and left it on medium fire until all the water dried. Remove from heat and let cool.
  2. In a container I mixed the ingredients of the dough, used a little ice water to give the point. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and keep it in the fridge for 20 minutes.
  3. Cold stuffing and already rested dough, I used disposable aluminum molds. I lined the molds with a very thin amount of dough, filled with stuffing and covered with another layer of dough.
  4. Before taking it to the oven, I brushed the pies with a yolk, baked for 35 minutes. MEASUREMENT OF THE FORMS: 100ml
