  • Margarine150 g
  • Vegetable fat100 g
  • Egg Yolk2 unit(s)
  • Chicken500 g
  • Tomatoes2 unit(s)
  • Onions2 unit(s)
  • Garlic2 unit(s)
  • Olive oil1 dessert spoon
  • Sour cream1/2 can(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Oregano to taste
  • Green smell to taste
  1. Add the flour, margarine, vegetable fat, salt and an egg yolk, mix until a homogeneous mass is formed and let it rest for about twenty minutes in the fridge. .
  2. Meanwhile prepare the filling. Put the oil in a pan and brown the onion, garlic, tomato and add the shredded chicken, let it cook a little and add the oregano and the green smell.
  3. Turn off the heat, add the cream and let it cool.
  4. After covering the pie tins with a little dough, the stuffing and cover the pies.
  5. Bake in oven at 200° for 30 - 35 minutes
