- Vegetable fat200 g
- Sour cream3 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Shredded Chicken to taste
- Beaten egg yolk2 unit(s)
- Place the wheat flour, salt, vegetable fat in a bowl and mix with your hands.
- Add the cream and mix until it comes away from your hands.
- Take pie molds and line with the dough
- Stuff with the chicken
- Take a part of the dough and open it on a bench, make circles the size of the molds and cover the pies
- Brush with egg yolk and place in a shape and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
