- Chicken | 300 g
- Ricotta Cream | 1 unit(s)
- Onion | 1/2 unit(s)
- Leek | 50 g
- Salt and Oregano | to taste
Recipe
- Put the chicken to cook in a pan with water. After cooking, shred all the chicken.
- In a bowl, place the shredded chicken, the ricotta cream, the onion cut into small cubes, the sliced Poró garlic and add the salt and oregano. Mix well. Leave in the fridge for 15 minutes before serving.
