- I made the chicken like this: I cleaned the chicken breast, put a little oil in the pressure cooker with a little garlic and onion and the chicken, after frying a little I put seasonings, paprika, saffron, black pepper, and salt. Then I add water to cover the chicken and leave it under pressure for 20 minutes. Then just unwind. To make the pate, just mix all the ingredients. You can wrap the sandwiches in plastic wrap or foil and refrigerate for up to 3 days. Add lettuce and tomato at serving time and you're done.
