- Seasoned shredded chicken to taste1 cup
- Boiled and mashed English potato1 cup
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Salt1 to taste
- Oat flour2 tablespoon
- Parmesan cheese1 to taste
- Saute the shredded chicken with seasonings of your choice. Cook the potatoes in water, in the microwave, for about 10 minutes until they soften. Peel and mash well with a fork. Add all the ingredients and the point is when the dough comes off your hands (if necessary add more flour). Make balls, coat in grated Parmesan and bake for about 20 minutes in an oven at 200 degrees.
