- Culinary cottage cheese4 tablespoon
- Wheat flour1 tablespoon
- Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
- Green Smell3 tablespoon
- Diced Mozzarella150 g
- Oil for deep frying to taste
- Milk for breading1 cup
- Panko or breadcrumbs2 cup
- In a pan put the chicken, broth and curd and bring to the fire stirring until everything is incorporated, at that moment put the flour and let it cook until it releases from the bottom of the pan, correct the salt and pepper, add the green smell and mix well. Wait for the dough to cool and with wet hands put some dough in your hands put the cheese and cover with some more dough and mold the disk. Dip in milk and flour and fry in hot oil.
- Serve with pepper sauce.
