Boiled Cassava300 g
Shredded chicken breast300 g
Onion1/2 unit(s)
Salt to taste
Seasonings to taste
Olive oil1 tablespoon

Blend all the ingredients in the processor. Take it to the fridge for 15 minutes, to make it easier to shape the croquettes.
Grease your hands with water or oil and shape the croquettes the way you prefer.
Spray or brush oil all over.
Take the Airfryer for 15 minutes at 180° or bake in the conventional oven.
