  • Chicken150 g
  • Tortilla1 unit(s)
  • Lettuce, leaves4 unit(s)
  • Carrot, small1 unit(s)
  • Radish1 unit(s)
  • Pickled cucumber, medium1 unit(s)
  • 1 lemon1 unit(s)
  • Salt and pepper1 to taste
  • Olive oil1 to taste
  1. Cut the chicken into cubes, (I like to use it on the thigh which is tastier) season with salt and pepper to taste, heat a pan with oil and brown the chicken
  2. In a large pan, heat the tortilla until it browns a little but not too much so it doesn't get crumbly.
  3. Take the tortilla out of the pan, place the chopped lettuce near the edge with your hands into medium pieces.
  4. Grate the carrot and arrange over the lettuce
  5. Slice the radish into thin slices and arrange on top of the carrot.
  6. Slice the cucumber into thin slices and dip over the radish
  7. In a small pot, squeeze the lemon, salt, pepper, olive oil and a little water, pour it over everything to season (I like to use a mustard and honey sauce) or a sauce of your choice.
  8. Add the diced chicken on top, roll up and eat crying.
