- Puff pastry300 g
- Shredded and braised chicken breast200 g
- Cottage cheese100 g
- Cut the puff pastry into approximately 10x10 cm squares
- Line cupcake/pie/petit gateau molds, forming a basket.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
- Place 1 teaspoon of curd cheese on top of the baskets.
- On top of the curd, fill the mold with the braised chicken.
- Put in the oven again for 15 minutes.
