Disc pastry dough1 unit(s)
Cooked and shredded chicken breast300 g
Sour Cream Cheese Catupiry1 unit(s)
Oil1 tablespoon
Light cream cheese2 tablespoon

Season the cooked and shredded chicken well, according to your preferences (I use salt, pepper, sweet paprika and oregano). Add 2 tablespoons of light curd and mix well.
Take a disc of pastry dough and place 1 tablespoon of filling in the center of the disc. Place a little of the supplyable catupiry over the chicken.
Gather the edges of the dough, squeezing in the shape of a bundle and place on a greased baking sheet.
Brush the bundles with oil and bake in the oven for about 25 minutes, until golden.
