- Cooked and shredded chicken breast300 g
- Sour Cream Cheese Catupiry1 unit(s)
- Oil1 tablespoon
- Light cream cheese2 tablespoon
- Season the cooked and shredded chicken well, according to your preferences (I use salt, pepper, sweet paprika and oregano). Add 2 tablespoons of light curd and mix well.
- Take a disc of pastry dough and place 1 tablespoon of filling in the center of the disc. Place a little of the supplyable catupiry over the chicken.
- Gather the edges of the dough, squeezing in the shape of a bundle and place on a greased baking sheet.
- Brush the bundles with oil and bake in the oven for about 25 minutes, until golden.
