- Whole milk1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Sweet or sour sprinkle3 cup
- Parmesan or half-cured cheese or your preference.1 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- In a blender, beat the first 4 ingredients.
- In a bowl, mix the beaten liquid, the flour and the cheese. Lastly, add the baking powder.
- Bake in medium oven for 40 to 45 minutes. Unmold and serve with fresh coffee.
