- Cooked sausage3 unit(s)
- Mayonnaise2 tablespoon
- ketchup1 tablespoon
- Shredded Mozzarella Cheese1 cup
- Sautéed Half Moon Onion1/3 cup
- Mix the mayonnaise with the ketchup to make a rosé sauce and set aside.
- Open the buns and pass the rosé sauce on both sides. Place the sausage, on top of the sautéed onion and finally a generous layer of cheese.
- With a cooking torch melt and gratin the cheese well. Serve immediately.
