- Dry shredded coconut200 g
- Grated Parmesan Cheese3 tablespoon
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Wheat flour3 tablespoon
- Take the blender and add the eggs, milk, condensed milk and wheat flour beat for 4 minutes.
- In a bowl add the grated dry coconut and Parmesan cheese and the mixture that is in the blender mix well.
- Then put it inside molds, or in an aluminum shape and take it to the oven to bake at 180 C° for 25 minutes.
