- Brioche bread1 unit(s)
- Ground beef150 g
- Finely chopped garlic1 coffee spoon
- Spicy paprika1 coffee spoon
- Chopped chives1 teaspoon
- Sea salt to taste
- Olive oil1 dessert spoon
- Mayonnaise1 tablespoon
- Iceberg lettuce leaf1 unit(s)
- Slice of Mozzarella Cheese1 unit(s)
- Onion Jelly1 dessert spoon
- Prepare the hamburger by mixing the ground beef with the garlic, paprika, chives and salt until smooth. Shape the hamburger and set aside.
- Cut the brioche bread in half and toast in a non-stick skillet greased with olive oil. Reserve.
- In the same skillet, add the oil and grill the hamburger on both sides until it is at the point of your liking. Finish with the cheese on top to melt.
- Spread the mayonnaise on both sides of the bread. Add the hamburger with the cheese, the jam, the lettuce and close with the other half of the bun. Serve immediately.
