Brioche bread1 unit(s)
Ground beef150 g
Finely chopped garlic1 coffee spoon
Spicy paprika1 coffee spoon
Chopped chives1 teaspoon
Sea salt to taste
Olive oil1 dessert spoon
Mayonnaise1 tablespoon
Iceberg lettuce leaf1 unit(s)
Slice of Mozzarella Cheese1 unit(s)
Onion Jelly1 dessert spoon

Prepare the hamburger by mixing the ground beef with the garlic, paprika, chives and salt until smooth. Shape the hamburger and set aside.
Cut the brioche bread in half and toast in a non-stick skillet greased with olive oil. Reserve.
In the same skillet, add the oil and grill the hamburger on both sides until it is at the point of your liking. Finish with the cheese on top to melt.
Spread the mayonnaise on both sides of the bread. Add the hamburger with the cheese, the jam, the lettuce and close with the other half of the bun. Serve immediately.
