- Honey from Minas Gerais to taste
- Almonds1/4 cup
- Cashew nuts1/4 cup
- Raisins1/4 cup
- Put the honey, almonds, cashews and raisins in a pan and cook until the chestnuts are golden brown.
- Already put the chestnuts with the honey over the cheese. Be quick, so as not to harden the chestnut syrup.
- If desired, add more honey.
- Oh, also add slices of figs on the side of the cheese to have a more refreshing flavor and make the cheese even more beautiful.
